Are Eterea Cosmesi Naturale products Nickel Tested?
Yes, all our products are Nickel tested and Dermatologically tested.
What is the shelf life of a product once opened?
You must refer to the pao indicated on the packaging of all our products. The PAO ("period after opening") is represented by the symbol of an open jar with the number of months within which the product can be used after opening.
Do you test your products or ingredients on animals?
None of our products and none of the ingredients used in our formulas are tested on animals, in accordance with European legislation. In fact, since 2004 a law has come into force in the European Union according to which it is not possible to test cosmetic products on animals, and since 2009 also individual ingredients.
Is it possible to find your products abroad?
Yes, our products are sold in the following countries: Florida, Switzerland, Austria, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine.
Are there the same promotional products in the stores as there are online?
Certain! Each promotion is always active even at retailers who choose to join it.

Gift Card
How do Gift Cards work?
The Ethereal Cosmesi Naturale Gift Cards are virtual gift vouchers of various amounts. Using them is simple, purchasing them even more so. Choose the Gift Card from our shop, select the desired amount, fill in the required fields if you want to leave a message for the recipient of the Voucher, proceed with the order and payment. You will receive an order confirmation email and a second email with the virtual Gift Card, which contains the gift code to use for future purchases. Attention: if you choose the "cash on delivery" method of payment, activation of the Gift Card is subject to confirmation of payment via courier. This involves a wait of 5 to 10 working days. The Gift Card does not expire and can only be used for one order.

Shipping and delivery
In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world.
What are the order preparation and shipping times?
The package is prepared within 24 working hours following your order. Home delivery takes place on average in 24/48 working hours. If you place your order on a weekday by 2pm, we will ship it the same day, otherwise it will be processed the following day. If you purchase during the weekend or on public holidays, however, we will ship your order on the first following working day. For payments made by bank transfer, in order to speed up the procedure, we recommend sending the payment receipt to the email customer@etereacosmesi.it together with the order reference ID. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the link to track your package.
What are the shipping costs?

How can I get free shipping?
Shipments to Italy are free: for orders starting from €45 or by using the code indicated in the text of the email confirming subscription to the newsletter.
- Shipping to Europe: for orders from €120 (DHL courier)
- Shipping outside Europe: orders from €150 (DHL courier)
